1. Returns
We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

- Products must not have been altered, worn, or damaged by the customer.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been opened or used unless they are defective.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:

- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return and either send you a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping, except in cases where:
- The product is defective.
- We made an error in the order (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
- The item is damaged during shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
